2、MII stands for Ministry of Information Industry;
3、The relevant documents including but not limited:
1) AVS Application Form;
2) Electronic Standards Working Group registration form of MII;
3) AVS Member Agreement;
4) Default Licensing Intention Table;
4、The secretariat of AVS working group holds the interpretation rights of these documents.

The relevant documents and the membership Dues’s interpretation:

1. You can send the Application Form and Default Licensing Intention Table via E-mail (avs@jdl.ac.cn or hyzhao@jdl.ac.cn) or Fax (+86-10-58858300ext.399). Other documents should be written and sent to the secretariat of AVS through post. All the documents as below:
1) AVS Application Form;
2) Electronic Standards Working Group registration form of MII;
3) AVS Member Agreement;
4) Default Licensing Intention Table

2. The current annual dues are 8,000RMB Yuan per year. Dues shall be due and payable upon written commitment to join the Working Group. Dues shall apply to the twelve-month period beginning on the date of the applicant’s written commitment to join, and shall be due and payable each successive year on the anniversary of that date, provided membership is retained. If any Member is delinquent in the payment of dues, such Member’s rights shall be deemed suspended upon written notice from the AVS Working Group until all delinquent dues are paid.
