All AVS work documents are archived on AVS ftp and can only be accessed by AVS members, and AVS-made standards shall be kept internal until approved as national standard (GB). AVS members can get the ID and password from the contact point of the member bodies with AVS.
When a standard is approved and published, the paper version can be purchased in the bookstores under China Standardization Press. The copyright of the official standard belongs to the state since it was approved and promulgated. You could also obtain it on line
http://www.spc.net.cn/produce/showonebook.asp?strid=28188. The electronic specification at the stage of FCD is on AVS ftp server and can be reached by AVS members through ID and password. The English spec. could be obtained by the way
